H.E.L.P. Teams

We were created to live beyond ourselves, just as Christ did. As we serve, we become more like Christ and are shaped into the people we're called to be. Victory North would not be the church that it is today, if it were not for the people on our H.E.L.P. (heal, equip, love, propel) teams.

Host Team

By serving as a Host you have the responsibility to make Victory North’s first impression on our guests.  Many times people make a decision about a church within the first 10 minutes of their visit.  You have the awesome opportunity to be the first to fulfill our vision to H.E.L.P people from the moment they arrive, during service and on their way out.

Java Junction Team

We want to make sure that our guests feel welcomed every Sunday. The Java Junction team goes a step further than the Greeter and seeks to make our first time guests feel at home and enjoy their time before and after service.

Vsource Team

By serving on the Vsource team, you will have the opportunity to provide information about the church and interact with our first time guests by giving them their special gift. You play a vital role in giving our guests a great experience, being a source of valuable information and helping people to get connected.

Sound & Media

The purpose of the Media Team is to effectively support the communications of God's truth so that our entire church body can focus on worshipping God in Spirit and in Truth.

Sound - Support the audio needs for speakers, musicians, actors, video/DVD presentations, etc. The main auditorium features a 48-channel mixing board which supports the technology for both house and stage monitor applications.

Graphics - Utilize computer software to provide song lyrics, videos, PowerPoint presentations and sermon outlines for our services.

Video - Support the ministry by capturing services and programs and editing a final project for presentation.
